Prof. Krakow then continued his scientific career with his habilitation at Goethe University Frankfurt in 2005 and his PhD at University College London in 2006. He was Chief Physician and Medical Director at the Asklepios Neurological Clinic Falkenstein in Königstein until 2022. In 2014, he was also appointed Associate Professor of Neurology at Goethe University Frankfurt.
