Bangkok Hospital has earned accreditation from the Joint Commission International in 2002. Other accreditations and awards earned by the hospital are: ISO 9001:2000 accreditation, Prime Minister’s Export Wars for Best Service Provider (2001), Hospital Accreditation by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand.
Bangkok Hospital offers a wide range of amenities to its international patients including: concierge services, luxury accommodation, translation services, visa assistance, shopping, and dining.
It operates a specialized department to assist international patients during the entire course of their stay in the hospital. It provides translation services in more than 25 international languages.
