Dr. Anand Ashok Shroff Is a pioneer in wavefront-guided LASIK laser vision correction. Trained in England, his area of specialization extends to the management of cataract, glaucoma and corneal disorders. He has been practicing as an Anterior segment consulting surgeon since 1996
He runs the Glaucoma Clinic for screening for glaucoma high-risk population, medical and surgical treatment and follow-up including routine gonioscopy, Humphrey visual field analysis - SITA & SWAP, optic nerve imaging and tonometry. Perform argon laser trabeculoplasty, laser iridotomy, diode laser trans-scleral cyclophotocoagulation, phacotrabeculectomies, filtering surgeries with the use of anti-metabolites & seton implants.
He performs Cataract surgery by phacoemulsification with foldable/multifocal IOL implantation, even under topical anaesthesia. His experience includes high vacuum karate chop, stop and chop, small pupil and other complicated/difficult cases.
